wisdom

A command for creating a post-work summary and a list of unanswered questions from a completed plan. It can run automatically after /ac:execute or be used separately for an existing completed plan.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review completed plans, inspect related commits and changes, and create summary or open-questions files.
Why use it?
It records what changed, what differed from the plan, what was learned, and which decisions remain open after implementation.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00037 $0.01559
Opus 5 $0.00018 $0.00779
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00312
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00156

Measured 2d ago against content hash 19466a3a4a92, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

wisdom scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Wisdom

Post-execute report generation. Captures what was built, deviations applied, patterns discovered, and decisions deferred. Runs automatically at /ac:execute completion; can also run standalone against any status: complete plan.

Phase 1: Load

  1. Parse $ARGUMENTS:

    • File path → single-plan or Mode B phase wisdom.
    • Directory path → multi-phase Mode A consolidation.
    • Empty → Glob .ac/plans/**/*.md, filter status: complete without a SUMMARY alongside, pick the most recent. If more than one candidate, AskUserQuestion to pick.
  2. Read the plan file (or all phase files for Mode A) and any existing SUMMARY / open-questions files.

  3. Extract the status: executing timestamp from the frontmatter history or the first commit SHA matching the slug. This is the start of the execution window.

  4. Run Bash to collect commit and change data:

    START_REF=<commit or ISO timestamp>
    git log --since="$START_REF" --oneline --no-merges | grep -E "<slug>" || \
      git log --since="$START_REF" --oneline --no-merges
    git diff --stat "$START_REF"..HEAD

  5. Pre-invoke Skill("my-language") for prose tone. Silent no-op if not installed.

  6. Parse the plan file's Deviations Log and Open Questions sections into structured lists for Phase 2 and Phase 3.

Phase 2: Generate SUMMARY.md

Target:

  • Multi-phase Mode A: .ac/plans/<slug>/SUMMARY.md (append or replace this phase's section).
  • Single-file or Mode B: .ac/plans/<slug>-summary.md.

Format:

---
slug: <slug>
completed: <ISO date>
mode: <A | B | single>
phase: <N or "single">
task-count: <N>
deviations: <N>
commits: <N>

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

wisdom is a command published in the GitHub repository anilcancakir/claude-code-plugin (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 37 tokens to every session and 1,559 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
