Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00050 | $0.00436 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00020 | $0.00174 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00087 |

Grade A, and why
open-chat scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Action — run the CLI in the background
The published harness-bujang package on npm ships a standalone HTTP server (bujang chat) that:
- picks a free port starting at 7777 (falls forward to 7778, 7779, … if busy)
- serves a KakaoTalk-style viewer that streams
harness_messagesfrom.harness/chat.db - auto-opens
http://localhost:<port>in the user's default browser
It runs in the foreground by design — so when invoked from this slash command, you MUST run it via the Bash tool with run_in_background: true. Otherwise the agent loop blocks until the user kills the server.
npx harness-bujang@latest chat
If the project has not been initialized yet (no .harness/chat.db), pass --create so the CLI seeds an empty schema:
npx harness-bujang@latest chat --create
After launch
- The CLI prints the chosen port (
http://localhost:7777or next free) to stdout — relay that URL back to the user in your reply, since they may have multiple terminals open. - The browser auto-opens, so on most setups the user sees the chat room immediately.
- The server keeps running in the background until the user closes it (Ctrl-C in the spawning terminal, or
kill <pid>).
Already running?
If port 7777 is in use, the CLI silently uses 7778, 7779, … — no error. Just relay whichever URL the CLI prints. The user can close any old viewers if they want a single tab.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

open-chat is a command published in the GitHub repository bjcho4141/harness-bujang (7 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 50 tokens to every session and 436 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
