Score each pillar 0-5 based on evidence from my background. Identify which background archetype I match (Engineer, Designer, Data Scientist, Consultant, Project Manager, Marketing/Sales) and what my unique superpower is.
Apply the 3/4 Rule: Which pillars am I already strong in? Which is the gap to close?
Provide: Pillar scores with evidence, background archetype match, 3-5 key accomplishments translated from my current vocabulary into PM language, and a gap-closing plan for my weakest pillar.
When my pillar assessment is complete and my transferable skills are mapped, move to Step 2.
Step 2: Impostor-to-Strategist Conversion
Now coach me through the confidence gap that every career transitioner faces:
- Diagnose the Real Gap: When exactly will I feel like a fraud in a PM role? What specific competence gap is creating that fear?
