  • Is the baseline credible?
  • Are success criteria measurable?
  • Are guardrails present?

Subagent C — prd-gap-detector (principal-engineer):

  • What sections are missing?
  • What hidden engineering work exists?
  • What ambiguities need resolution?

After all complete, synthesize with decision-quality-auditor:
