Use it to finish a sprint, update project state and session records, create the completion tag, merge the work to the development branch and prepare the next sprint.

It provides a checklist for confirming completion, recording the final state, creating verification tags, committing the updates and merging the sprint branch.

Steps

Verify all sprint goals are met:
- Re-read docs/sprints/sprint-N-gate.md D1 "Done means" criteria
- Confirm each criterion is testably true
- Confirm git tag verified-[component] exists for each delivered component
Update docs/MASTER_STATE.md:
- Mark sprint as complete
- Update all component statuses to final state
- Fill in LAST VERIFIED TAG section
