Steps
- Load context from memory: active projects, known blockers, recent priorities.
- Ask for yesterday's activity if not already in context for today. Keep it conversational: "What did you work on yesterday?" or pull from git/GitHub if available.
- Ask about today's plan if not clear from context.
- Ask about blockers — anything preventing progress.
- Format in standup format (see below). Offer to adjust length or style.

Rules
- Write in first person ("I worked on...", "I'm focused on...")

- Remember: the standup is for the team to hear, not for documentation. Prioritize clarity over completeness.
