standup

standup is a command for Claude Code from CrashBytes/claude-role-skills. It costs 8 tokens per session (293 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

An async daily check-in that summarizes recent work, today’s plans, blockers, and sprint progress. A sprint is a short, fixed period in which a team plans and completes work.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare standup reports from project-management data and recent Git commits, identify blockers, and review progress against the sprint plan.
Why use it?
It gathers status in one place and highlights stalled work, missing activity, and problems that need escalation.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00008 $0.00293
Opus 5 $0.00004 $0.00147
Sonnet 5 $0.00002 $0.00059
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00029

Measured 7d ago against content hash 29e7d24ab036, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

standup scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Daily Standup

Run an async standup check-in and surface blockers.

Workflow

  1. Gather current state

    • If a project management MCP server is connected, fetch in-progress items, recently completed items, and blocked items
    • If git is available, check recent commits for context: !git log --oneline -5 2>/dev/null || echo "No git context"
  2. Generate standup report for each team member (or for the user)

    • Yesterday: What was completed or progressed
    • Today: What's planned
    • Blockers: Anything preventing progress
  3. Blocker analysis

    • Identify items that have been in-progress for more than 2 days
    • Flag items with no recent activity
    • Suggest escalation paths for blockers (who to contact, what to try)
  4. Sprint health check

    • Days remaining in sprint
    • Points completed vs committed
    • Burndown trajectory: on track / at risk / behind
  5. Output

    • Standup summary per person
    • Blocker list with suggested actions
    • Sprint progress snapshot
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

It adds 8 tokens to every session and 293 once invoked, about $0.0000 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
