What is verifimind-handoff?

A command that creates a handoff document for the next Claude Code session. The document records completed work, current state, pending reviews, modified files, and remaining actions.

Writing a dated session handoff, recording server and deployment status, listing files changed, and committing or syncing the handoff as specified.

It preserves project context between sessions so the next agent can resume without reconstructing the previous work.
