What is sicario.evidence?

A command that creates compliance and risk evidence files from a project’s work. The files record sources, producers, freshness, and review status when available.

Use it to create control maps, an evidence index, a risk register, security exceptions, accepted-risk records, and specification-run summaries.

It gathers evidence into named documents and JSON summaries, reducing the work of assembling audit and risk records by hand.
