Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00037 $0.03767
Opus 5 $0.00018 $0.01884
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00753
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00377

Security

Grade A, and why

bro-inspire-me scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Inspire Me - Creative Ideas and Problem Solving

Analyze the project and generate 5-10 ideas/solutions ordered from conservative to revolutionary. Read-only, doesn't modify anything. Uses web search for inspiration. Multi-language support.

Two Operating Modes

Creative Ideas Mode

To explore new features, improvements or directions for the project.

Problem Solving Mode

To find creative solutions to technical problems the developer is facing.

User Input

The user MUST specify what they need. The parameter is REQUIRED.

Examples - Creative Ideas:

  • /bro-inspire-me new ways to monetize
  • /bro-inspire-me ideas to improve onboarding
  • /bro-inspire-me how to make the dashboard more interactive
  • /bro-inspire-me features to differentiate from competition
  • /bro-inspire-me explore AI integrations

Examples - Problem Solving:

  • /bro-inspire-me the build takes too long
  • /bro-inspire-me I have memory leaks in production
  • /bro-inspire-me the database gets slow with many records
  • /bro-inspire-me tests are flaky and fail randomly
  • /bro-inspire-me how to handle concurrency in this module
  • /bro-inspire-me legacy code is hard to maintain
  • /bro-inspire-me need to scale to thousands of simultaneous users

If the user does NOT provide a description:

  • Respond: "To inspire you I need to know what you need. Please run the command with a description, for example: /bro-inspire-me improve onboarding or /bro-inspire-me the build takes too long"

Note: The user describes a creative area OR a technical problem. Without this description, the command CANNOT execute.

Step 0: Detect Operating Mode

Analyze the user's request to determine the mode:

It's CREATIVE IDEAS MODE if:

  • Mentions "ideas", "features", "functionality", "improve", "add"
  • Talks about opportunities, growth, differentiation, innovation
  • Asks "what could I do", "how could I improve", "what would I add"
  • Explores new directions for the product

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
