What is list_worktrees_prompt?

A command for viewing every Git worktree, including its settings and current status. A Git worktree is a separate working directory connected to the same repository.

Use it to check which worktrees exist, what they are configured to use, and whether they have uncommitted or otherwise notable status.

It puts worktree details in one place, so you do not have to inspect each directory or branch manually.
