A command that reads a supplied implementation plan and carries out the work described in it. It then reports the plan’s stated results.

Use it when you have a plan file to implement and want the agent to follow it, including reading referenced images and presenting the plan’s report.

It gives a repeatable way to turn an existing plan into code while requiring the plan and its images to be reviewed first.
