Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.01674
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00837
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00335
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00167

Measured 8d ago against content hash e338599b05d0, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

happy-start-cd.template scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Codex Runtime Compatibility

This prompt was authored for Claude-style slash workflows. In Codex runtime, adapt tool calls as follows:

  • AskUserQuestion => ask the user directly in chat.
  • WebSearch/WebFetch => use available web tools (search_query, open, find) and cite links.
  • Read/Write => use shell/filesystem tools in this workspace.
  • Claude-only MCP calls (for example Playwright MCP names) => use available equivalents or clearly state fallback.
  • Keep intent and output format identical; only adapt execution mechanics.

happy-start-cd — Codex Runtime

This command starts the Happy Engineering CD pipeline. Happy MCP and Railway MCP are Claude Code CLI-specific.

Manual CD Trigger

# Trigger Railway deploy via CLI
railway up

# Or via Railway API
curl -X POST "https://backboard.railway.app/graphql/v2" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $RAILWAY_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"query": "mutation { deploymentCreate(input: { serviceId: \"<SERVICE_ID>\" }) { id } }"}'

For full Happy Engineering CD pipeline, use Claude Code CLI: /happy-start-cd

description: Scan for git repos and launch Happy session in selected directory model: sonnet

/happy-start-cd - Launch Happy Session with Directory Selection

Scans your drive for git repositories and presents a menu to select which one to launch a Happy CLI session in.

What This Does

  1. Scans configured directories for git repositories (folders containing .git)
  2. Presents a numbered menu of discovered repos
  3. User selects a repo by number
  4. Opens a new PowerShell window in the selected directory
  5. Runs npx happy-coder in that directory

Prerequisites

  • happy-coder npm package installed globally: npm install -g happy-coder
  • Claude Code CLI authenticated: claude auth
  • Happy mobile app paired (run happy auth once to pair)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
