What is instinct-status?

A command that shows learned coding habits from both the current project and global storage, along with their confidence levels. Project-specific habits take priority when they conflict with global ones.

Use it to inspect the learning system's current instincts and their confidence by domain.

It makes the agent's stored guidance visible so you can review what it has learned and which rules take precedence.
