Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00067 | $0.01631 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00034 | $0.00816 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00013 | $0.00326 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00163 |
Grade A, and why
arcanea-canon scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 114 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Sovereignty posture
Arcanea is a canon-defining vertical (per SIP § Layer 6) — its archetype set (Guardians, Vel'Tara, Hz frequencies, realm/essence vocabulary) is the first canon layer that downstream verticals may compose with. This command executes inside Arcanea's sovereign domain; other verticals consume canon through attestation + license, not by running this command.

Actions
bump <version>
Bump canon SemVer. Breaking changes (archetype rename, frequency reassignment, archetype removal) require a major bump. Additions (new Guardian, new realm) minor. Clarifications/errata patch.
Process:
- Validate SemVer follows current canon version pinned in Arcanea repo (
CANON.mdheader orARCANEA_UNIVERSE_CANON.md). - Classify the bump (major/minor/patch) against SIP § Versioning rules.
- If major, require a 90-day deprecation window for downstream adopters per SIP Layer 2 pinning rules. Generate deprecation notice.
- Update canon version in source files.
- Emit
/sip-attestblock for the bump — composition layers invoked, canon version pinned, nodes (always Frank as canon-keeper + Guardians cast as performance voices). - Append entry to
ATTESTATIONS.mdunder new version heading.
add <archetype> to <layer>
Add new archetype to a canonical layer. Layers: guardians, veltara, hz, realms, essences, sparks.
Process:
- Validate the archetype name is not already in use (collision halts).
- Validate the proposed archetype has: name, one-sentence essence, placement in layer hierarchy, interaction rules with existing archetypes.
- Declare the archetype's canon-keeper (typically Frank).
- Run through
/luminor-board "canon addition: <archetype>"for pressure-test (Draconis + Lyssandria + Elara vectors matter most for canon). - If board returns PROCEED or REVISE-applied, write archetype to canon source.
- Emit
/sip-attestblock. Attestation pins canon version that includes the new archetype.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

arcanea-canon is a command published in the GitHub repository frankxai/Starlight-Intelligence-System (8 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 67 tokens to every session and 1,631 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
