A quick command for recording an idea in a dated Markdown file inside an inspiration folder. Markdown is a plain-text format that supports headings and other simple document structure.

Use it to append a short idea to today's file, optionally with quoted multi-line text, a generated title, and the current time.

It gives you a consistent place to capture ideas immediately instead of leaving them scattered or forgetting them.
