A command that reports the current state of a Memex project: tracked projects, saved sessions, unprocessed gaps, and remote machines. A session is one recorded interaction with a coding agent.

Use it to check project indexes, summarised and raw session counts, history size, and remote machines that have not been synced.

It gives a quick view of what has been recorded and what still needs processing. This makes missing or unsynchronised history easier to find.
