A command that displays a knowledge graph: a connected map of topics and information. It can show the default graph, a named topic, or all available topics.

What is it for?
Use `/ramp:tree`, `/ramp:tree <topic>`, or `/ramp:tree all` to view one topic's nodes, the default graph, or a catalogue of all topics.
Why use it?
It gives developers a quick way to inspect learned topics, nodes, and topic progress without manually opening the graph files. If a requested topic is unknown, it falls back to the default graph.
