status

status is a command for Claude Code from GxFn/Wakeflow. It costs 23 tokens per session (273 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A read-only command for showing the current Wakeflow workspace status and which work is allowed next.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps inspect configuration, active demands, review or transport blockers, readiness, and available TODO items.
Why use it?
It prevents accidental dispatch or changes by reporting authority, active work, blockers, review state, and eligible tasks without selecting anything.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00023 $0.00273
Opus 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00109
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00055
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00027

Security

Grade A, and why

status scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Report where this Wakeflow workspace stands.

Load the wakeflow-controller skill and follow its "Checking the workspace" section. runtime-artifact-outdated / server-outdated describe this serving MCP process. window-runtime-unverified describes missing peer runtime evidence, not a proven stale process. Load the current skill and follow "After a plugin update"; do not infer MCP readiness from SessionStart or Stop records.

First tool call: wakeflow_status, passing a Demand id if the user named one, to attach that Demand's route or its archive receipt.

Report in the user's terms: the overall state, what is on the board, the active Demand and its frontier, any window that is not registered, any work claim that is held, and the next actions the result named - with who owns each one.

Run wakeflow_verify as well when the status contradicts itself, when a delivery looked sent but no evidence arrived, or when the user asks whether the workspace is sound. It repairs nothing; report each gate that did not pass, and report an unavailable gate as unchecked rather than as passing.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

status is a command published in the GitHub repository GxFn/Wakeflow (5 stars, last pushed 10d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 23 tokens to every session and 273 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
