Authorized iOS Static Analysis

Use the ios-reverse-engineering skill.

Arguments:

  • $1: authorized iOS target artifact.
  • $2: optional output directory. Default: ios_analysis_out.

Safety boundary:

  • Confirm the user is asking for authorized static analysis.
  • Do not bypass FairPlay DRM or app encryption.
  • Do not steal credentials, tokens, cookies, or account data.
  • Do not attack, fuzz, replay, probe, or validate discovered real services.
  • If the binary appears encrypted, report the limitation and ask for an authorized debug, enterprise, decrypted, or source-derived build.

Workflow:

  1. Resolve the plugin script directory for skills/ios-reverse-engineering/scripts.
  2. Run check_deps.sh.
  3. Run ios_unpack.sh "$TARGET" "$OUTDIR".
  4. Run ios_fingerprint.sh "$TARGET" "$OUTDIR".
  5. Run ios_macho_analyze.sh "$TARGET" "$OUTDIR".
