The tool reads each script's meta without executing it, and prints every description in full — do not "recover" or re-read a description from its source file; what it prints is complete. Add --json if you want the list as data.
Present the results grouped by lifecycle stage: inception & planning, environment & build, understanding & documentation, migration & maintenance, testing & QA, design & product, release & operations, research, and composition. If the user passed a keyword in $ARGUMENTS, pass it as the filter: node "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/list-workflows.mjs" "$ARGUMENTS".
Remind the user that each workflow is invocable natively as /ultracode-workflows:<name> (e.g. /ultracode-workflows:bug-hunt) or in plain language ("run the ultracode-workflows bug-hunt on src/"). For any workflow they seem interested in, offer to show its structure diagram via /wf-diagram <name> or to run it.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
