What is install-skill?

A command that installs a SKILL.md instruction file so AI coding agents understand how to use docs-ssot for documentation migration, building, and validation.

Use it to install the instructions for Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or selected combinations of these tools.

It avoids having to explain the docs-ssot process to each supported coding tool and asks before replacing an existing instruction file.
