What is impl-release?

An automated workflow for implementing a specified OpenSpec version and preparing its release. It covers quality checks, pull requests, GitHub Releases, and publishing to crates.io, a package registry for Rust software.

Use it when turning an OpenSpec version into a reviewed release, creating the pull request, checking release readiness, publishing the Rust package, and cleaning up afterward.

It puts implementation, review, release checks, and publishing into one defined process, reducing the chance of missing a release step.
