A command that reserves a work card together with the file paths an agent plans to change. A work card is a tracked piece of development work.

Use it before starting a card so another agent can see the claimed scope; if someone else claimed it, stop instead of taking it over.

The reservation warns other agents which files are in use, helping prevent overlapping edits.

The scope is the set of paths you intend to modify. It is what stops two agents from editing the same files, so name it honestly — too wide blocks other work, too narrow defeats the point.

If the card is already claimed by someone else, stop and report it rather than forcing: the other claim may be a live session.
