Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.01320
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00660
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00264
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00132

Measured 10d ago against content hash c9776587be89, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

competitor-analysis scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Competitor Analysis

If you see unfamiliar placeholders or need to check which tools are connected, see CONNECTORS.md.

Deliver a comprehensive competitive intelligence report across all major marketing dimensions. Identify competitor strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and gaps the brand can exploit for competitive advantage.

Trigger

User runs /digital-marketing-pro:competitor-analysis or asks to analyze competitors, benchmark against competition, find competitive gaps, or understand the competitive landscape.

Inputs

Gather the following from the user. If not provided, ask before proceeding:

  1. Competitors — 2-5 competitor names and/or URLs to analyze

  2. Analysis scope — one of:

    • Full analysis — all dimensions below (default)
    • SEO comparison — keyword overlap, domain authority, content depth, link gaps
    • Content analysis — publishing strategy, content types, topics, quality, frequency
    • Paid advertising — ad copy, creative themes, platforms, estimated spend
    • Social media — platform presence, engagement, content mix, posting cadence
    • Pricing and positioning — pricing models, value props, messaging frameworks
  3. Key battleground keywords — terms where the brand competes head-to-head

  4. Industry or category — for contextual benchmarking

Process

1. Content Strategy Analysis

  • Content types produced (blog, video, podcast, newsletter, reports, tools)
  • Publishing frequency and consistency
  • Top-performing content (shares, backlinks, estimated traffic)
  • Content themes and topic clusters
  • Content gaps — topics you cover that they don't, and vice versa
  • Quality assessment (depth, originality, E-E-A-T signals)

2. SEO Competitive Landscape

If SEO tools are connected (Ahrefs, Similarweb):

  • Pull domain metrics, keyword rankings, backlink profiles automatically
  • Identify exact keyword overlap and gaps

If tools are not connected:

  • Use web search to research the SEO landscape
  • Note: "For detailed ranking data, connect Ahrefs or Similarweb via /digital-marketing-pro:connect."

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
