Required loop

  1. Read the active task from context/todo.md.
  2. Read the minimum code and context files needed for the next step.
  3. Implement the next concrete unit of work.
  4. Update context/todo.md and context/log.md if progress materially changed.
  5. State what remains before moving on.

Rules

  • Keep the loop grounded in repo files.
  • Do not skip verification planning.
  • If new risks are discovered, add them to context/bugs.md or context/log.md.
  • If the task is bigger than expected, tighten the plan instead of drifting.
