What is _conventions?

A command-file rule that must be read before running any command file. Its rules apply to those commands unless the command file explicitly replaces them.

Use it whenever you need to execute a command file and must check the instructions that govern it first.

It gives command execution a shared set of instructions, reducing the risk of running commands without the required project rules.
