What is develop-plugin?

A command for safely making changes in a coding-agent plugin repository. A plugin is an add-on that extends an agent with extra commands, skills, or rules.

Use it when changing a plugin, especially when the change affects its release version or changelog.

It provides a defined path for implementing, reviewing, validating, and recording plugin changes before they are committed.
