agent-orchestrator-ts: Command for Claude Code

.claude/commands/evolve_loop.md

evolve_loop is a command for Claude Code from jleechanorg/agent-orchestrator-ts. It costs 26 tokens per session (172 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An autonomous improvement loop that observes an agent ecosystem, measures how often work needs no human intervention, diagnoses friction, and dispatches fixes. It runs one cycle with conditional steps based on worker and pull-request status.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to check worker health, measure zero-touch operation, investigate stalled progress, and launch corrective workflows when new problems appear.
Why use it?
It helps find and address recurring problems in a system of coding agents instead of treating each problem as an isolated incident.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00026 $0.00172
Opus 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00069
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00034
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00017

Measured 9d ago against content hash 44caeb8f5a4d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

evolve_loop scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

EXECUTION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLAUDE

Read and execute the skill at .claude/skills/evolve_loop.md.

This command runs ONE cycle of the evolution loop. The loop body is adaptive:

  • If all workers are alive and PRs are progressing → just report status
  • If zero-touch rate hasn't changed and no new friction → skip diagnose/fix phases
  • Only run /harness, /nextsteps, /claw (or /antig when tmux cap blocks — see skill §Phase 6) when there's a NEW problem to solve
  • Always measure zero-touch rate and always recap

Execute the 7 phases described in the skill file now.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
