spring-review

spring-review is a command for Claude Code from joaquimscosta/arkhe-claude-plugins. It costs 13 tokens per session (284 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that reviews Spring Boot code by finding the relevant review areas, checking them in parallel, and combining the results into one report. The report includes issues and suggested fixes.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review a whole project, package, controller, security configuration, or selected file for implementation issues.
Why use it?
A broad codebase review can miss problems when done manually or one area at a time. This command organises the review around the files and Spring Boot features actually present.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00013 $0.00284
Opus 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00114
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00003 $0.00057
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00028

Security

Grade A, and why

spring-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Spring Boot Review

Review a Spring Boot codebase using smart skill detection and parallel execution.

Scope

$ARGUMENTS

Instructions

Use the Agent tool to invoke the spring-boot-reviewer agent with the scope above.

The agent orchestrates a 3-phase review:

Phase 1: Discovery (haiku)

  • Parse the scope and detect Spring Boot version
  • Identify which skills are relevant based on files in scope
  • Skip skills with no matching files

Phase 2: Parallel Review (sonnet agents)

  • Launch skill-specific reviewer agents IN PARALLEL
  • Each reviewer reads skill docs and checks assigned files
  • Only reports issues with confidence ≥80

Phase 3: Report

  • Consolidate findings from all reviewers
  • Present unified report grouped by skill area
  • Include fix suggestions for each finding

Example Scopes

  • all — Review entire project
  • the order module — Review order-related code
  • security configuration — Review security setup
  • controllers — Review all controllers
  • com.example.order — Review specific package
  • src/main/java/.../OrderController.java — Review specific file
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
