Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.01171 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00585 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00234 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00117 |
Grade A, and why
generate-videos scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 108 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/generate-videos
Generate video clips from storyboard panel images using Venice AI's image-to-video models with frame chaining for visual continuity.
Usage
/generate-videos --project <project-dir> --scene <scene-number> [--model <model>]
Arguments
--project: Project output directory (required)--scene: Scene number to generate videos for (required)--model: Video model to use (optional, default:kling-o3-pro-image-to-video)
Execution
Run the frame-chaining video generation script from the project root:
npx tsx scripts/generate-scene-videos.ts <project-dir> <scene-number> [model]
IMPORTANT: Must be run from the project root directory (long-form-ai-vidgen/), not from a subdirectory.
What This Does
- Discovers all
shot-NNN.video.jsonfiles in the scene directory - Processes shots sequentially with frame chaining:
- Shot 1:
image_url= panel PNG (storyboard image as first frame) - Shot N>1:
image_url= last frame extracted from previous video via ffmpeg - Kling O3 Pro only:
end_image_url= next shot's panel PNG (composition target)
- Shot 1:
- For each shot:
a. Reads
shot-NNN.video.jsonfor prompt, duration, and model config b. Encodes the appropriate image (panel or last frame) as base64 data URI c. Queues video viaPOST /api/v1/video/queued. PollsPOST /api/v1/video/retrieveevery 10s until MP4 is returned e. Archives existing MP4 asshot-NNN-v1.mp4if present f. Saves the resulting MP4 asshot-NNN.mp4g. Extracts the last frame via ffmpeg for chaining to the next shot h. CallsPOST /api/v1/video/completefor cleanup - Reports progress after each shot
Prerequisites
- Storyboard panels must be generated first (
/storyboard-sceneor/storyboard-all) shot-NNN.pngandshot-NNN.video.jsonfiles must exist in the scene directoryVENICE_API_KEYmust be set in.envffmpegandffprobemust be on PATH (used for last-frame extraction)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
