claude

claude is a command for Claude Code from kelvinkosbab/AppBootstrapAI. It costs 19 tokens per session (272 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A project command that updates a local project from an AppBootstrapAI bundle and checks the project against that bundle's rules. It finds the bundle from configuration or a repository, then follows the bundle's audit procedure.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to sync the project, run the bundle's audit, or pass extra instructions to that process.
Why use it?
It avoids repeating the steps for finding the shared bundle, updating it, and checking a project against its current instructions. It also states that it should not make commits or force changes unless asked.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00019 $0.00272
Opus 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00109
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00004 $0.00054
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00027

Security

Grade A, and why

claude scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Sync this project with the AppBootstrapAI bundle and audit it.

  1. Find the bundle (the directory that holds install.sh), in this order:
    • $APPBOOTSTRAP_BUNDLE, if set.
    • bundle.path in .claude/.appbootstrap-manifest.json, if that directory still has install.sh. Run git -C <path> pull --ff-only so it's current.
    • Otherwise clone bundle.repo from the manifest (default https://github.com/kelvinkosbab/AppBootstrapAI) with git clone --depth 1 into a temp directory outside this repo.
  2. Follow playbooks/sync-and-audit.md in that bundle step by step, with BUNDLE set to the bundle path and TARGET set to this repo's root. Skip its "Find the bundle" step; you just did it.
  3. Don't commit, push, or pass --force, --force-conflicts, or --prune unless I ask.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
