odyssey: Command for Claude Code

.claude/commands/implement.md

implement is a command for Claude Code from KhourySpecialProjects/odyssey. It costs 0 tokens per session (267 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command for handing an approved coding plan to an implementation agent. It includes checks for the active plan, unfinished tasks, conflicting uncommitted changes, and optional Linear task tracking.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to execute the next unfinished tasks in a plan, create corresponding Linear sub-issues when available, and continue implementation in reviewable chunks.
Why use it?
It adds a consistent handoff between planning and coding. This helps avoid implementing an already completed plan or overwriting unrelated local work.

Command for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: disable-model-invocation in frontmatter.

This is KhourySpecialProjects/odyssey's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on odyssey itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything odyssey configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00267
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00107
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00053
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00027

Security

Grade A, and why

implement scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Implement a Plan

Use the implementer agent to execute an approved plan.

Plan: $ARGUMENTS

Before invoking the implementer:

  1. If no plan path was provided, find the most recently modified .md in docs/plans/ that is NOT PROGRESS.md and does NOT end in -audit.md — that is the active plan
  2. Check if the plan has incomplete tasks (- [ ]). If all tasks are already done, tell the human and stop
  3. Check git diff --stat to see if there are uncommitted changes that might conflict
  4. Read the first 5 lines of the plan to confirm it's the right one
  5. If Linear MCP is available, create a Task sub-issue in Linear for each incomplete task in the plan (parent = the ticket ID from the filename, e.g. ODY-342). Use mcp__linear__save_issue with the full task block as the description. Skip silently if Linear MCP is unavailable.

Then invoke the implementer with the plan path.

After the implementer finishes a chunk, suggest: "Run /review to check the work, or /implement to continue with the next chunk."

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

implement is a command published in the GitHub repository KhourySpecialProjects/odyssey (7 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 267 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-02.
