A session-resume command that reads the project's Warden handoff document and recent run records, then gives a returning agent a current-status briefing.

Use it when starting a new session or handing Warden work to another operator. It summarizes the project, authentication setup, latest run, open fixes, startup commands, and suggested next action.

It removes the need to reconstruct previous Warden work from scattered files. It also shows what is running, which checks failed, and what should happen next.

Auth strategy: one line: which strategy, where the signin endpoint is.
Last run: run id, headline pass/fail counts. If no runs yet, say so.
Open remediation: count by priority, names of the P0/P1 items. Skip if empty.
What's running: quote the literal startup commands from HANDOFF.md so the user can paste them.
Suggested next action, one of:
