Artifact contract: write or update the canonical 04-implementation-plan.md. Do not create 04-sa-analysis.md. The implementation plan is the architecture artifact; include requirement summary, impacted modules, contracts, data flow, security, performance, risks, step-by-step slices, rollback, and verification.
Include a ## Chosen Implementation Boundaries section for every non-trivial feature. Pick one owner/pattern for auth, storage, async jobs, external clients, schema ownership, logging, and billing when they apply. Do not leave competing strategies in the plan; move rejected alternatives into the boundary table with the reason they were rejected.
Include a ## Decision Reconciliation section whenever earlier artifacts changed direction or closed open questions. Name the old decision, the current decision, and which artifacts were updated so /implement can verify that stale assumptions are gone.
