What is pcc-governance?

A command-line view of the PCC Sovereign Wealth Fund, a shared treasury funded by fees from a network. Registered operators and capability providers can receive dividends, while participants vote on fund and protocol decisions.

Use it to view the fund, participant dashboards, dividends, strategy, active proposals, and open governance votes.

It puts fund balances, earnings, participant status, and governance decisions in one place instead of requiring separate checks.

What is the PCC Sovereign Wealth Fund?

The PCC Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) is a protocol-owned treasury that accumulates a share of all job fees processed on the network. Participants (operators with registered kernels, long-term capability providers) earn pro-rata dividends from fund returns. The fund is governed on-chain — participants vote on proposals that set investment strategy, fee parameters, and protocol upgrades.
