pcc-governance is a command for Claude Code from LamaSu/physical-capability-cloud. It costs 0 tokens per session (1,165 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of pcc-governance, Apache-2.0.

A command-line view of the PCC Sovereign Wealth Fund, a shared treasury funded by fees from a network. Registered operators and capability providers can receive dividends, while participants vote on fund and protocol decisions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to view the fund, participant dashboards, dividends, strategy, active proposals, and open governance votes.
Why use it?
It puts fund balances, earnings, participant status, and governance decisions in one place instead of requiring separate checks.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00000 $0.01165
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00583
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00233
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00117

Security

Grade A, and why

pcc-governance scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

PCC Governance — CLI

Sovereign Wealth Fund overview, participant dashboards, and governance proposals.

When to use

  • "Show the sovereign wealth fund"
  • "List active proposals"
  • "What's my SWF participant status?"
  • "How much have I earned from the SWF?"
  • "What governance votes are open?"
  • "Show fund balance and strategy"
  • "Check my dividends"
  • "What proposals are pending vote?"

Prerequisites

What is the PCC Sovereign Wealth Fund?

The PCC Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) is a protocol-owned treasury that accumulates a share of all job fees processed on the network. Participants (operators with registered kernels, long-term capability providers) earn pro-rata dividends from fund returns. The fund is governed on-chain — participants vote on proposals that set investment strategy, fee parameters, and protocol upgrades.

Key roles:

  • Participants: Registered operators and capability providers who earn dividends
  • Delegates: Participants who hold or have been delegated governance voting power
  • Proposals: On-chain governance proposals that change protocol parameters or fund strategy

node packages/mcp-server/dist/cli.js swf participant <participantId>

  • Share of fund (percentage of total participant pool)
  • Cumulative dividends earned
  • Pending unclaimed dividends
  • Voting power (governance weight)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
