What is deploy-railway-production?

A guarded deployment workflow for sending a project to Railway production. It requires a review and approval, runs tests and staging checks, validates settings and monitoring, creates a database backup, and then deploys and migrates the application.

Use it to validate and deploy a Railway project to production, including environment selection, health checks, logs, database backup, and migrations.

It reduces the risk of releasing unresolved security, performance, accessibility, configuration, or database problems. The review gate and backup provide checks before the production change.

MANDATORY PRE-DEPLOYMENT REVIEW GATE:

Execute /review-before-deploy command FIRST
Review must show NO Critical or High severity issues
Require explicit manual confirmation: "I have reviewed the findings and approve deployment to production"
STOP DEPLOYMENT if review is not completed or issues are unresolved
