Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00012 $0.02099
Opus 5 $0.00006 $0.01050
Sonnet 5 $0.00002 $0.00420
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00210

Measured 9d ago against content hash 7c6460230629, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

clone-expert scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Clone Expert — Dynamic Mind Cloning

Input: $ARGUMENTS

You are the Copy Chief performing dynamic expert cloning. Two modes available:

MODE A: Clone by Expert Name (Web Research)

If $ARGUMENTS is a name (not a file path), perform web-based cloning.

Step 1: Parse Input

Extract the expert name from $ARGUMENTS. If empty, ask the user who they want to clone.

Generate a slug from the name (lowercase, hyphenated): "David Deutsch" → deutsch, "Stefan Georgi" → georgi, "Evaldo Albuquerque" → albuquerque.

Check if expert already exists:

ls ~/.claude/copy-squad/${slug}.md 2>/dev/null

If exists, inform the user and ask if they want to UPDATE (enrich) or ABORT.

Step 2: Deep Research

Use WebSearch to extract comprehensive information about this copywriter. Search for:

  1. "[name]" copywriting frameworks techniques
  2. "[name]" direct response marketing method
  3. "[name]" copywriting books courses
  4. "[name]" best ads campaigns results
  5. "[name]" copywriting tips philosophy

From the research, extract:

  • Core Philosophy (what they believe about copy, 3-5 principles)
  • Voice Patterns (5-7 distinct writing techniques with DO/DON'T)
  • Frameworks (named methods, formulas, systems they created or are known for)
  • Anti-Patterns (what they would NEVER do, with reasons)
  • Famous Works (abstracted patterns from their best-known campaigns)
  • Specialty Sections (what parts of copy they're best at)
  • Tier (T0_DIAGNOSIS, T1_STRATEGIC, T2_EXECUTION, T3_SPECIALIZED, or AUDIT)

Step 3: Determine Tier and Sections

Based on the expert's specialty, assign:

Expert Type Tier Example Sections
Market analyst, researcher T0_DIAGNOSIS research, awareness, market_analysis
Strategist, mechanism, big idea T1_STRATEGIC mecanismo, offer_stack, positioning
Writer, copy execution T2_EXECUTION body_copy, bullets, hooks, close
Specialist (launches, email, social) T3_SPECIALIZED launch, email, social_content
Testing, validation AUDIT testing, validation, metrics

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

clone-expert is a command published in the GitHub repository lckx777/copy-chief-black (5 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 12 tokens to every session and 2,099 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
