What is athena-review?

A code-review command that uses a project review process when saved review state exists, or falls back to Codex's quick review. It can also involve another reviewer agent and web searches for practices.

Reviewing code changes, dispatching a reviewer, and checking relevant development practices.

It provides a repeatable review entry point while adapting the depth and tools to the project's setup.
