Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00016 $0.00409
Opus 5 $0.00008 $0.00204
Sonnet 5 $0.00003 $0.00082
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00041

Measured 7d ago against content hash 410fb6fdec45, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

status scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Brainstorming Status

The user wants to see where they are in the brainstorming session. Display a concise status overview.

Display Format

Show the following information:

BRAINSTORM STATUS

Current thread: [MAIN or fork name]
Thread path: [MAIN > Fork 1 > Fork 1.1] (if nested)
Open forks: [list of fork names, or "None"]

Top 5 ideas so far:
1. [idea]
2. [idea]
3. [idea]
4. [idea]
5. [idea]

Ideas generated: [total count]

Guidelines

  • Keep it scannable - this is a quick check, not a detailed report
  • "Top 5 ideas" = most recent or most discussed, use your judgment
  • If fewer than 5 ideas exist, show what's available
  • If in a nested fork, show the full path (breadcrumb trail)
  • After displaying status, ask if they want to continue or need anything

After Status

Use the AskUserQuestion tool to prompt the user on how to continue:

{
  "questions": [
    {
      "question": "How would you like to continue?",
      "header": "Continue",
      "multiSelect": false,
      "options": [
        {"label": "Keep going", "description": "Continue generating ideas on current thread"},
        {"label": "Explore further", "description": "Dig deeper into one of the top ideas"},
        {"label": "Fork", "description": "Branch into a new tangent"},
        {"label": "Wrap up", "description": "End session with /brainstorm:done"}
      ]
    }
  ]
}

Important

  • This command does NOT exit brainstorming mode
  • Stay in brainstorming mode and continue generating after showing status
  • Do not write code or jump to solutions
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
