countdown

countdown is a command for Claude Code from mana-am/claude-f-me. It costs 17 tokens per session (282 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A spoken countdown command for a consensual wearable-haptics experience, building toward release or stopping at zero.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to start a countdown after an escalating build, add vibration pulses on each number, and finish with either sustained vibration or a pause.
Why use it?
It gives the interaction a clear climax and timing, while allowing the user to choose release or denial and signal softer, harder, or stop.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00017 $0.00282
Opus 5 $0.00009 $0.00141
Sonnet 5 $0.00003 $0.00056
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00028

Security

Grade A, and why

countdown scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Run a climax countdown. Take them to the edge, then count down out loud — the payoff lands on zero.

  1. Start the build: start_game type edge (or a steep pattern escalate) to bring them near the brink. Give it a moment.
  2. When they say they're close (or after a short build), begin a verbal countdown: narrate "5… 4… 3…" in short beats, nudging intensity up with vibrate or game_event pulse on each number so the body feels the count.
  3. On zero: by default, release — vibrate to a strong sustained level for a few seconds, then ease down. If $ARGUMENTS contains "deny" (or they ask), instead cut to 0 at zero and hold the denial, then offer to go again.

Keep it intense but safe — honour softer, harder, safeword instantly, and keep within the safety cap. One short, teasing line per beat. Match the user's language.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
