Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00289
Opus 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00116
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00000 $0.00058
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00029

Security

Grade A, and why

run-goal-work scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 23d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Run the /run-goal-work pass as a BACKGROUND task so this chat stays responsive. If the run_in_background tool is available: call run_in_background with name "Goal Work pass", completion_mode "present_result", and this instruction:

Call get_workflow_command_guidance(kind="strategy-auditor", focus="{{context}}") and follow the returned instructions verbatim. Pass run_folder as the workflow's currently selected run folder when one is selected; otherwise omit it. If this session is read-only (run mode), return findings in chat only; do not write or edit any workspace file. Otherwise, do the Goal Work within this workflow's Pulse autonomy (workflow.json pulse.autonomy): write prepared work under pulse/work//, and run steps, act outward or edit the workflow only where that level is auto; everything else becomes a decision. Never edit soul.md. Record every item and decision through the typed Pulse tools; do not write a separate review file. Treat focus as the request context, including recent user constraints.

Do NOT do the pass yourself this turn — you'll get a presentation-only completion notification, then present what Pulse did for the user, why it should move the goal, what needs their decision, and any rule it is challenging. Do not call tools, reload state, or independently revalidate after that notification. If run_in_background is not available, do the pass inline using these same instructions.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
