Recording the current branch and remote, checking for uncommitted changes, backing up the existing folder, cloning the repository again, and confirming the new copy works.

It provides a recoverable way to start from fresh files when conflicts or damaged project state cannot be resolved normally.

Fresh Clone

When the user needs a clean clone of the repository (e.g., after unresolvable conflicts or corrupted state):

Record the current branch name and remote URL:

git branch --show-current
git remote get-url origin

Check for any uncommitted changes and warn the user if there are any:

Move to the parent directory and rename the existing folder as a backup:

mv <repo-dir> <repo-dir>-backup-$(date +%s)
```
Clone fresh from the remote:
```
git clone <remote-url> <repo-dir>
```
If the original branch exists on the remote, check it out:

```
Confirm success:

Report the backup location and confirm the new clone is ready.

IMPORTANT: Always warn the user about uncommitted changes before proceeding. The backup directory preserves their previous state.
