What is play-insights?

Um comando para coletar e analisar dados reais de aplicativos na Google Play, a loja de apps Android. Ele ingere avaliações, falhas e problemas, gera relatórios e prepara ou publica respostas às avaliações.

Serve para importar avaliações, falhas e erros; classificar feedback; calcular prioridades; gerar relatórios diários ou semanais; e criar ou publicar respostas auditadas.

Reúne em um fluxo único o acompanhamento da qualidade do app, a análise do feedback dos usuários e a resposta às avaliações. O modo de simulação permite revisar respostas antes de publicá-las.
