A command for reviewing Google Gemini Gems and turning selected ones into Agent Skills. Gemini Gems are customized assistants in Google Gemini; an Agent Skill is a reusable set of instructions for a coding agent.

Use it to locate Gem data, review its purposes, choose capabilities, and generate and validate an Agent Skill.

It provides a staged process for inspecting those assistants and upgrading them while requiring consent before private data access, file changes, installation, or Git actions.
