A command workflow for taking a GitHub issue from selection to a pull request and merge. GitHub issues are task records, and a pull request proposes code changes for review.

Use it to work on a specific issue or automatically choose one. It includes branch creation, OpenAPI checks, code and test locations, pytest and mypy checks, commits, and pull-request creation.

It gives agents a repeatable sequence for choosing work, creating a branch, implementing changes, testing them, and submitting the result. This reduces skipped project-maintenance steps.
