Why use it?
It finds missing information, broken links, isolated pages, outdated claims, and inconsistent review warnings before they cause confusion.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00031 $0.00653
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00327
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00131
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00065

Measured 12d ago against content hash 65dbe981f57e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

lint-wiki scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 55 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Execute the Lint procedure defined in SKILL.md. Scan all pages under wiki/ and produce a health-check report.

Checks (per SKILL.md "Lint" section)

Structural checks (fast)

  1. Frontmatter completeness: summary: / venue_short: / source_count: / year: (Dataview depends on them)
  2. Frontmatter naming consistency: mixed use of updated: vs last_updated:
  3. Orphan pages: no inbound [[wikilink]] (excluding meta pages: log, index, dashboard, pending-review, review-history, integration-progress, SKILL)
  4. Broken links: [[xxx]] pointing to a non-existent page
  5. Source pages missing the "Relation to the knowledge base" section

Semantic checks (slow)

  1. Concepts mentioned in prose but not yet promoted to their own page
  2. Concept pages whose "Current state" or "Key methods" sections may need updating (new sources joined but the section was not updated)
  3. Contradictions or stale claims
  4. Suggested next directions for reading or searching

Phase 2 (review cascade)

  1. Cascade-caveat consistency: for each disputed, reviewed_with_notes, or unreviewed paper, confirm that every wiki citation carries the correct marker (see SKILL.md "Cascade caveat rules"):
    • disputed citations must carry [DISPUTED]
    • unreviewed citations must carry [UNREVIEWED]
    • reviewed_with_notes citations should carry a caveat when relevant (recommended, not strict)
  2. Review-status distribution: counts of reviewed / reviewed_with_notes / disputed / unreviewed; if unreviewed exceeds 20 %, flag a cleanup reminder

Output

  1. Report the structured lint findings to the user (categories, counts, explicit lists)
  2. Auto-fix mechanical issues (e.g. frontmatter naming inconsistency, missing cascade caveats)
  3. Append a lint entry to wiki/log.md recording:
    • Scale statistics (pages per section)
    • Frontmatter completeness metrics
    • Issue categories and counts
    • Auto-fixed items
    • Items left for later

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
