Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.00475 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00190 |

Grade A, and why
publish scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Publish notebookmd to PyPI
Publish a new version of the notebookmd package. Follow these steps exactly:
1. Pre-flight checks
- Run the full test suite:
pytest tests/ -v - Run lint:
ruff check . - Run format check:
ruff format --check . - If any checks fail, fix the issues before proceeding.
2. Determine the new version
- Read the current version from
notebookmd/__init__.py(__version__) - Ask the user what the new version should be, suggesting the next patch/minor/major based on the current version.
3. Bump the version
Update the version string in both files (they must stay in sync):
pyproject.toml→version = "X.Y.Z"notebookmd/__init__.py→__version__ = "X.Y.Z"
4. Update CHANGELOG.md
- Add a new section at the top for the new version with today's date
- Ask the user for a summary of changes, or generate one from recent commits since the last tag
- Follow the existing changelog format
5. Commit, tag, and push
git add pyproject.toml notebookmd/__init__.py CHANGELOG.md
git commit -m "Release vX.Y.Z"
git tag vX.Y.Z
git push origin main --tags
The v* tag push triggers .github/workflows/release.yml which automatically:
- Builds the package
- Tests it on Python 3.11/3.12/3.13
- Publishes to PyPI (via trusted publishing)
- Creates a GitHub Release with auto-generated notes
6. Verify
After pushing, tell the user to check:
- GitHub Actions:
https://github.com/minhlucvan/notebookmd/actions/workflows/release.yml - PyPI:
https://pypi.org/project/notebookmd/
Remind the user that trusted publishing must be configured on PyPI for the first release (owner: minhlucvan, repo: notebookmd, workflow: release.yml, environment: pypi).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

publish is a command published in the GitHub repository minhlucvan/notebookmd (10 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 475 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
