Use it to check a student's character name, class, levels, topic ranks, experience bars, and dashboard instructions.

It gives a quick view of current progress and shows which topic is closest to its next rank. It also reminds the student how to open the local visual dashboard.

Print a concise, chat-friendly summary: character name, class title, global level with an XP bar (e.g. "Level 12 — 40/150 XP to Level 13"), and each subtopic's rank with its own XP bar within the current rank's range.
Note which subtopic(s) are closest to ranking up, to give the student a clear "next push" to aim for.
Remind them how to open the visual dashboard: python3 -m http.server 8000 from the repo root, then visit http://localhost:8000/dashboard/.
