Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00008 $0.00581
Opus 5 $0.00004 $0.00291
Sonnet 5 $0.00002 $0.00116
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00058

Security

Grade A, and why

teamwork-clean scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Teamwork Clean Command

Overview

Clean up a teamwork project by removing task data and deleting the native team. This allows restarting a project from scratch.

Step 1: Parse Arguments

Parse options:

  • --project NAME: Override project detection
  • --team NAME: Override sub-team detection

Detect project/team:

# Default detection
PROJECT=$(basename "$(git rev-parse --show-toplevel 2>/dev/null)" || echo "unknown")
SUB_TEAM=$(git rev-parse --abbrev-ref HEAD 2>/dev/null | tr '/' '-' || echo "main")

# Check for overrides in arguments

Step 2: Clean Project Data

Call the project-clean.js script to remove task files and project metadata:

bun "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/src/scripts/project-clean.js" --project "${PROJECT}" --team "${SUB_TEAM}"

The script handles:

  • Project existence check
  • Deleting task files
  • Updating project.json with cleanup timestamp
  • Preserving project metadata (goal, creation date)

If project doesn't exist:

Error: Project not found: {PROJECT}/{SUB_TEAM}

Step 3: Delete Native Team

Delete the native agent team to clean up teammates:

TeamDelete()

This terminates any active teammates and removes the team.

Step 4: Display Results

# Teamwork Project Cleaned

## Project
- Name: {PROJECT}/{SUB_TEAM}
- Goal: {goal}

## Actions Taken
- Task files deleted
- Project metadata updated
- Native team deleted (teammates terminated)

## Start Fresh
/teamwork "your new goal" --project "{PROJECT}" --team "{SUB_TEAM}"

Options Reference

Option Description
--project NAME Override project name (default: git repo name)
--team NAME Override sub-team name (default: branch name)

Safety Notes

  • Cleanup is destructive -- all task data is permanently deleted
  • Project metadata (goal, creation date) is preserved
  • Cleanup is idempotent -- safe to run multiple times
  • No git operations are performed

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
